As is a tradition for the past 5 years, the Njoo lab student researchers and parents came together on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 to celebrate Friendsgiving. The ASDRP seminar room turns into a min-banquet room packed with parents, students, staff and everyone is served, buffet style, freshly cooked pies, pasta, homemade simosas, sushi, chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes, noodles, stir fry veggies, and so much more and not to be forgotten - lots and lots of desserts!
We had grandparents from as far away as New Jersey!
Srishti Venkatesan (Leigh High School '24 & MIT Bioengineering '28), an ASDRP Alumna and current student at MIT, shared about her experience at ASDRP and how it prepared her for the rigor and challenges as a University Student at one of the best research institutes in the world.
